Financial Advisor David Ching will present a free “Pre-Retirement Planning Workshop” for adults at Aina Haina Public Library on Saturday, August 18 at 3 p.m. in the Meeting Room.
Ching will discuss topics such as what to consider when planning for your retirement income, how much money is needed in order to retire, at what age should you consider retiring, and what to do to preserve your wealth and reduce the chances of outliving your money.
Understanding and preparing for the potential risks is critical to keeping your financial plan on track. This workshop will help individuals balance these considerations when creating a financial plan.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Ching received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).
This one-hour workshop will include a question-and-answer session. Contact the Library as soon as possible if a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.
