Aspiring musicians and singers ages 13-18 years are invited to enter the Koko Marina Center Band Challenge and Soloist Singing Contest. Koko Marina Center is proud to offer this opportunity for island teens to showcase their talents, and win their share of $3000 in cash and prizes. The first round of competition will take place through YouTube video submissions. Those selected to move on will do a live performance at the final competition held on Saturday, September 22nd, from 1 to 4pm at Koko Marina Center, hosted by World Famous Kutmaster Spaz.
Interested bands and soloist should visit www.kokomarinacenter.com for more details on how to enter, and for official contest rules. YouTube video submissions will be accepted through Saturday, September 1st, at 5pm. Videos can be of a past performance or of a practice session. Bands and soloists selected to perform in the live competition will be notified by Friday, September 7th.
