Feel good about exercising. Aerobics with a touch of Zumba appropriate for all levels including beginners. Purchase a punch card from three to twelve classes, get two “free” when you purchase 12. Pre-registration is required, please call 432-2260 to attend.

Baby Boot Camp Honolulu comes to Koko Marina Center

East Oahu mommies looking for a way to meet other moms while working out can make a date right in their own neighborhood. Koko Marina Center is now hosting Mom/Baby fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:20 am. The work out starts in the Marina Courtyard (next to Assaggio) with a walk / jog and continues with circuit training outside of the center. All classes combine Prenatal, Level 1 & Level 2 formats with exercises modified to your specific level. The first class is free and thereafter classes can be purchased per class or monthly at discounted prices. Other work out locations are also available.

Lions clubs WORLDWIDE will be performing community service projects as part of the “Lions In Sight” initiative to raise public awareness of the vital role Lions clubs play in their communities.

As spring cleaning gets under way, the Hawaii Lions are asking people to look through dresser drawers & closets for used eyeglasses & hearing aids and donate them to the Lions Recycle For Sightprogram.
