East Oahu mommies looking for a way to meet other moms while working out can make a date right in their own neighborhood. Koko Marina Center is now hosting Mom/Baby fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:20 am. The work out starts in the Marina Courtyard (next to Assaggio) with a walk / jog and continues with circuit training outside of the center. All classes combine Prenatal, Level 1 & Level 2 formats with exercises modified to your specific level. The first class is free and thereafter classes can be purchased per class or monthly at discounted prices. Other work out locations are also available.

WHAT: Parenting through Personality Styles
Give your parenting skills a boost! This class will cover the major psychological attributes that people naturally develop, then compare your psychological characteristics with those of your children. Analyze a series of common problems that confront parents and children with different attributes, learn strategies for dealing with them, and consider the difference between discipline and punishment. Learn effective strategies for raising your child at any age. Pre-registration is required, to attend please call 432-2260.
